Introduction to Aerial Online
Welcome to our premiere "ONLINE AERIAL PROGRAM!” Whether you are a beginner and never left the ground or an advanced athlete we are here to help you achieve your dreams in flight.
We use an advanced Olympic level coaching technology to assist us in our coaching process and communication.
Start-Up Process
After you register for the program, with a one month commitment, you will become a licensed user on the proprietary platform. You will be assigned a personal profile which you will use on either your android, iPhone or iPad. First, you will upload a series of videos for Lora to evaluate. You will then complete a detailed form which will allow Lora to make an evaluation and put together your first weekly session.
Session Updates & Communication
After 3 days of training and completing your daily program, you will upload requested videos onto our platform where Lora will review, analyze, and give a detailed report on the footage. After Lora has reviewed your videos, you will receive your detailed notes and a new 6 day training session.

Once you register, you will receive a welcome email where you will fill out a form so we can get to know you, your training history, and goals.

Once your form is completed, you will receive a dedicated DartFish license associated to your email address. We will send you a private link with detailed instruction on registering your iphone, ipad or Android device.

Once you are signed into your personal licensed “MyDartFishEpress” you are ready to go. We will upload 10 to 17 videos to your account for us to assess your current level of practice.

After we have reviewed your material, you will receive your first worksheet, which lists drills relative to your practice. The videos will be accessible on your device through the DartFish app.

After each training session you will fill out your worksheet and submit it. After the 6th training session you will upload one video per drill. The coach will then review both your daily worksheets and videos.

The coach will review all of your submitted worksheets and analyze each video with both onscreen descriptions as well as voice annotation. Your worksheet will then be updated for the following week.
This process continues for 1 month or more , depending on your needs.
