Introduction to Online Cyr Wheel
Welcome to Julia Ruth’s "ONLINE CYR WHEEL PROGRAM"! Whether you are a beginner or advanced Julia can help you reach your goals.
We use an advanced Olympic level coaching technology to assist us in our coaching process and communication .
Start-Up Process
After you register for the program you will become a licensed user on our proprietary platform. You will be assigned personal profile which you will use on either your android, iPhone or iPad. First, you will upload a series of videos for your coach to evaluate. You will then complete a detailed form which will allow your coach to make an evaluation and put together your first training session.
Session Updates & Communication
After 6 days of training and completing your daily program, you will upload one video per drill onto our platform where your coach will review, analyze and give a detailed report on the footage. After your coach has reviewed your videos, you will receive your detailed notes and a new 6 day training session.

Once you register, you will receive a welcome email where you will fill out a form so we can get to know you, your training history, and goals.

Once your form is completed, you will receive a dedicated program license associated to your email address. We will send you a private link with detailed instruction on registering your iphone, ipad or Android device.

Once you are signed into your personal licensed, you are ready to go. We will upload 10 to 17 videos to your account for your review. You can then upload your complimenting videos so we can understand where you are in your practice.

After we have reviewed your material, you will receive your first worksheet, which list drills relative to your practice. The videos will be accessible on your device through the DartFish app.

After each training session you will fill out your worksheet and submit it. After the 6th training session you will upload one video per drill. The coach will then review both your daily worksheets and videos.

The coach will review all of your submitted worksheets and analyze each video with both onscreen descriptions as well voice annotation. Your form will then be updated for the next week.
