These programs are designed for the student that wants to follow a set course without interaction with a coach though our platform.
This program is designed specifically to prepare aspiring circus artists for the entrance auditions into higher education circus programs. It is also a great way for aerialists or acrobats of any level to increase their overall strength and prevent injury.
Program is designed to be done at home with only the use of a pull-up bar.
This program consists of eight progressive levels. Each level is designed to be done for one month and will build on the strength and skills acquired in previous levels.

Our pike program is designed to stretch and strengthen the hamstrings and quads. Forward folds, pike compression, and pike strengthening exercises will all be addressed in this program.

Our splits and straddle program is designed to stretch and strengthen the hips, hip flexors, and glutes. Middle splits, pancake, straddle, and front splits will all be addressed in this program.

Our shoulders 1 program is designed to stretch the shoulders and upper body needed for overhead mobility. Increased shoulder flexibility helps to make better lines for multiple disciplines including handstands, acro, contortion, aerial, and many others.

Our shoulders 2 program is designed to stretch and strengthen the shoulders and upper body needed for overhead mobility. These strength based exercises will help ensure that your increased range of motion will be safe and long lasting.

Our 20 minute program to improve your toe point focuses on strength, as well as flexibility. We use a variety of drills and exercises to increase foot mobility in a safe, yet effective way. Having a good toe point can be a key step in creating a clean and complete line, whether hand balancing, stretching, dancing, or in the air.
Program cost $35.00 for 3 month usage
